The Joy of Camping tells of the mixed blessings of camping out in nature. You enjoy the lovely scenery, the fresh air, the leisure time, the pleasant company. When it's time to open the picnic basket filled with tasty victuals, unexpected guests join the party: wasps, flies, mosquitoes, ants and other insects swarm in groups to feast at your table. Wasps tell all their buddies where the party's at and soon you and your company are forced to take defensive action against the little buggers. Gone is the peace, the quiet, the joy of nature. The pleasant conversation is disturbed and the outdoor brunch is not what you expected.Your friends insist they had a lovely time.

When night falls, this whole circus repeats itself the moment you turn on the light, but this time they're after you! No matter what measures you take, mosquitoes will always manage to find the small spot you skipped when covering yourself with mosquito repellant. The sound of twigs snapping keeps you from sleeping, but you can't decide to go outside to take a look at the small or not so small animals that are gathered outside your tent. You are certain you feel the eyes of a bear observing you from a distance. Camping out is an unforgettable experience.
